Inspections

State inspections are done as per the laws that are ordain by your state in most of our cases they are with the State of Texas, however we do sell cars to customers who live out of state so in those cases - we follow the regulations for that particular state.

Repairs

If there's a problem and something is broken, we do our part to fix it! Sometimes parts are needed so we will order them from one of our trusted vendors and upon arrival we will schedule a follow up appointment.

Maintenance

Nexcar doesn't offer maintenance in the traditional sense - each case is different so if you need something done, let us know and we'll make considerations based on service department availability. It is definitely important to maintain records of maintenance when your car needs it so make sure you document everything you do to get the best resell value when that time comes.

Q:

How do I know if I'm eligible for a Service Request?

Many situations are different so we encourage you to submit a request if you are still unsure if you qualify but the minimum requirements are:

•If you have purchased a car within the last month (28-31 days)

•If you don't have an extended warranty package (after 1 month)

•If you purchased your vehicle with Nexcar Financing & Leasing, LLC


These are the base eligibility parameters that will likely result in a confirmation for your service request.

Q:

What do I do if I have an extended warranty?

At the end of a sales process, we offer extended warranties for most of our vehicles. Each package is different and offers service free of charge based on what is outlined in that package. Terms usually indicate mileage, the nature of your issue, and participating service locations. We do not service vehicles that have an extended warranty due to the fact that it is already covered. There are some exceptions for issues that don't require heavy duty tools so feel free to inquire

Q:

What do I do if I didn't purchase an extended warranty and it's been more than 30 days since my purchase?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can help in this instance which is why we really try to get customers to purchase the add-on extended warranty to the vehicle. You can still try to submit a request for our department to review but you'll most likely get denied since it is beyond the grace period and the vehicle has been sold "as-is"

We do send you an email that recommends the next steps if you are unsure about what to do next.

Q:

I purchased my car as an "In-House" deal what do I do?

If the lender on your deal is "Nexcar Finance & Leasing, LLC" then please submit a service request regardless of how long ago you purchased it. We need to review every one of these vehicle service requests so we can document what went wrong and how Nexcar can step in to fix it. Coverage on labor and parts are dependent on many factors so make sure you speak to a service technician to get an idea of what is needed to move forward
